1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sumo Sushi's website! By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sumo Sushi SPRL (BTW: BE 0651.869.989)

2. Orders and Payments

a. Our website allows you to place online orders for food and other items for pickup or delivery.

b. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

c. You agree to pay for all orders placed through our website using one of the payment methods available on the website. All payments are due at the time of order placement.

As of now, we accept the following forms of payment:
-  Cash
-  Bancontact
-  SEPA

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Marketplace Offerings made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Euros.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

d. Prices listed on our website may change without notice. The prices charged for your order will be the prices listed on our website at the time your order is placed.



3. Delivery and Pickup

a. Sumo Sushi will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided on our website. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control.

b. If you choose pickup instead of delivery, you must pick up your order at the designated pickup time and location. If you do not pick up your order at the designated time, by the end of the business day we may dispose of the food and you will not be entitled to a refund.

c. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.



4. Cancellation and Refunds

a. You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the time that Sumo Sushi starts preparing your food. Once Sumo Sushi has started preparing your food, your order cannot be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund.

b. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund for unsatisfactory orders.



5. Intellectual Property

a. Our website and all of its contents, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Sumo Sushi and are protected by Belgian and international copyright laws.

b. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.



6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

a. Sumo Sushi makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on our website. 
b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumo Sushi disclaims all liability for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website.



7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our website will be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.


 
8. Modifications to Terms

a. Sumo Sushi may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on our website.

b. Your continued use of our website after any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.



9. Interruptions

We cannot guarantee the Site and the Marketplace Offerings will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site or the Marketplace Offerings at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site or the Marketplace Offerings during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site or the Marketplace Offerings. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or the Marketplace Offerings or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
